We are living in a world full of miserable people that work miserable jobs just to earn money that will never fill the void in their miserable life because they gave up on their dreams before they ever gave them a chance. People who go out on a limb and actually TRY to follow their dreams are often made to feel like they are wasting their time, that they’ll never amount to anything if they’re not just making a profit from the start. Life shouldn’t revolve around money and it is soul-crushing that if people choose to not focus primarily on money then it makes them failures in the eyes of society. Do not live to make other people happy, do not live to impress others. That’s not our purpose on this earth; we live to be happy. We live to enjoy our time here, to soak every beautiful thing in, and learn from every hardship. We live to experience, not to merely survive. You may be ‘late” or behind, or struggling to find what it is that you need or where it is that you belong, but everyone moves at their own pace. Do not rush, take your time and allow your path to naturally unfold. As long as you’re striving for health and happiness in the physical, mental, and spiritual sense then you are living life the way it’s meant to be lived – don’t let anyone make you feel ashamed for that, don’t let your own intrusive thoughts make you feel inferior for that. The purpose of life is to mature, and in order to mature you must find yourself. Too many people are losing themselves and selling their souls for money.
